The Influence of Work Stress, Work Life Balance, and Quality of Social Interaction on Employee Productivity (Study at HP Care Tangerang)

This study aims to determine the influence of Work Stress, Work Life Balance, and Quality of Social Interaction on Employee Productivity. The object of this study is Hewlett-Packard Care Tangerang. Quantitative Research Method using the Smart PLS application with a sample of 115 people. The data collection method uses a survey method by distributing a google form questionnaire. This study uses the Census method. The research data analysis method uses Smart PLS 4.0. In this study, the results of the first hypothesis test showed that the Work Stress (SW) variable on Employee Productivity (EP) was obtained t-statistically (1,937>1.64) (t-table) or P-value (0.026<0.05), meaning from T statistic, which had a significant positive effect and the original sample value was (0.213). The second hypothesis showed that the Work Life Balance (WLB) variable on Employee Productivity (EP) was obtained t-statistically (1,817>1.64) (t-table) or P-Value (0.035<0.05) means that the T statistic is positive and significant and the original sample value is (0.304). The third hypothesis shows that the Social Interaction (SI) variable on Employee Productivity (EP) is obtained from t-statistic (2,201>1.64) (t-table) or P Value (0.014<0.05) meaning from t statistic, which is positive and significant, and the original sample value is (0.294). The results in this study confirm that Work Stress, Work Life Balance, and Social Interaction have a positive and significant influence on Employee Productivity.
