Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the extend to which job training, work discipline and job satisfaction influence employee performance at PT. Modelline. All 50 permanent employees of the company were selected as research subjects. The research employed a saturared sampling technique, in which the entire population was used as the sample. A descriptive quantitative approach was applied, with data collected through an online questionnaire using Google Form. Using data analysis software SmartPLS version 4.0. The findings reveal that Job training, work discipline, and job satisfaction have a psitive and significant effect on employee performance.
