Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of Situational Leadership and Workload on Turnover Intention as mediated by Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The population consist of 71 employees, and the sampling technique used a saturated sampling method, involving 71 employees. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method with a Likert 5 scale questionnaire, Data were analyzed by using SEM-PLS with the help of Smart-PLS 4.0 programs for Windows. The results of this study show that Situational Leadership has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention and Organizational Citizenship Behaviour; Workload has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour, but has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention. Organizational Citizenship Behaviour mediates the effect of both Situational Leadership and Workload on employee Turnover Intention.
