Abstract

Human Resource Management (HRM) plays an important role in managing the workforce to achieve organizational goals. At PT. Arbyan Elektrindo Persada, high turnover intention is triggered by an unsupportive work environment, excessive workload, and low organizational commitment. This study examines the influence of these three factors on turnover intention in 80 permanent employees using quantitative methods with questionnaires and Partial Least Square (PLS) 4.0 analysis. The results show: (1) the work environment has a significant negative effect on turnover intention, (2) workload has a significant positive effect, and (3) organizational commitment has a significant positive effect. The company is advised to improve the work environment, balance the workload, and review the strategy for building organizational commitment.
