The Effect of Price, Promotion, Product Quality, and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction with Gofood Services in West Jakarta

This study aims to analyze the influence of Price, Promotion, Product Quality, and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction. Population in this research is GoFood services in West Jakarta. The sample used is 250 respondents, calculated based on the Hair at al approach. The sampling method uses purposive sampling. The Method of data collection using a survey method, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method using Partial Least Square 3.2.9. This study proves that price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Promotion has a positive but not significant effect on customer satisfaction. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.
