The Influence of Job Description and Self-Efficacy on Employee Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance at Siloam Hospitals Kebon Jeruk (A Study of PT. ISS Indonesia Employees)

This study aims to analyze and examine the effect of Job Description and Self-Efficacy on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance at PT. ISS Indonesia at Siloam Hospital Kebon Jeruk. The research design used in this study is a causal research design. The population consists of all permanent employees of PT. ISS Indonesia at Siloam Hospital Kebon Jeruk. The sample used in this study is 65 employees, determined using a saturated sampling method. Data collection was carried out through a survey method, with a questionnaire as the main research instrument. This study employs Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) version 4.0.9.6 for data analysis. The results show that Job Description has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction at PT. ISS Indonesia. Self- Efficacy has a positive effect on Job Satisfaction at PT. ISS Indonesia. Job Description has no effect on Employee Performance at PT. ISS Indonesia. Self-Efficacy has a positive effect on Employee Performance at PT. ISS Indonesia. Job Satisfaction has a positive effect on Employee Performance at PT. ISS Indonesia.
