This study aims to explore and analyze the influence of work engagement, compensation, and work environment on employee job satisfaction. The population in this study consists of 156 employees working at PT. Trimitra Synergy Sakti. The sampling technique applied in this study is the random sampling method, which allows each member of the population an equal chance of being selected as a respondent. This research falls into the category of causal associative research, which aims to identify cause-and-effect relationships between the examined variables. The primary instrument used for data collection is a questionnaire designed to obtain information related to the research variables. For data analysis, this study utilizes the SmartPLS application, a statistical method based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) to test the relationships between variables. The analysis results indicate that work engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. However, compensation does not have a significant impact on job satisfaction. Meanwhile, the work environment has a significant but negative effect on job satisfaction. These findings provide valuable insights for companies in designing strategies to enhance employee job satisfaction by optimizing factors that contribute to workplace well-being and comfort.
