The Effect of Employee Competency and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT Takai Seiki Indonesia

This study aims to examine the effect of employee competence on employee performance. This study also aims to examine the effect of the work environment on employee performance, as well as the influence of employee competence and work environment on employee performance. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling, namely the incidental sampling method. The sample in this study were 70 employees in the packing section consisting of men and women. This study uses the help of SPSS V. 25 For Windows which is used to test the validity and reliability of the instrument, classical assumption test, regression analysis test and hypothesis testing. The results of the study prove that there is a positive influence of employee competence on employee performance. There is a positive influence of the work environment on employee performance. There is a positive influence of employee competence and work environment on employee performance.
